No bundles to guess at and no overage surprises. You pay the same simple per-message rate on every plan, from message one. In-app messages and push notifications are free, and the app steers you to the cheapest channel that will actually reach people. Set a monthly dollar cap and we hold you to it.

When prices change, you hear about it first.
We post any change to subscription pricing in April, to take effect in June, with at least 60 days notice. We do it in the calm of summer, never during Advent, Lent, or your year-end reporting. Pay annually and your rate is held for the whole year. Cancel anytime: a monthly plan stops at the next cycle, an annual plan runs to the end of the term you paid for. No contracts, no lock-in, no fee to leave.

The free public beta opens in July 2026, so tell us about your parish and we'll let you know the moment it's live. You start with a free 30-day trial: full access to every feature, no credit card, no obligation.
After the 30-day trial, you can continue on a reduced-rate pilot, 25% off the standard plan for 3 months, extendable if you need longer, while you decide or finish migrating. It is built for parishes and dioceses that want to move carefully, with no pressure to commit before you are ready.
Correct. OrgFire is month to month and you can cancel anytime, with your data always exportable. Annual billing is optional and gives you one month free plus a rate held for the year. If you cancel an annual plan, your service simply runs to the end of the term you paid for.
An active person: someone who in the last 12 months attended, gave, registered, serves as staff or a volunteer, is in a group, or signed in. Archived people, old contacts, and import-only records do not count toward your plan.
Small mission parishes can come on at our reduced Micro-parish rate when their diocese is on OrgFire, so cost never decides which parishes get to modernize. If your parish is genuinely tiny, ask your diocese about bringing everyone on, or reach out and we will help.
The card networks' interchange (passed through at cost), fraud monitoring, chargeback and dispute handling, PCI compliance, and support for payment operations. We never mark up the networks' own fees, and most parishes let the donor cover the fee, so it costs the parish almost nothing.
Always. Full export is available at any time in standard formats, including the original ids from your previous system. No export fees, no waiting, no restrictions. Your data belongs to you.
