Why we exist
Running a parish should not take six logins.
Most parishes run on a patchwork: one tool for the directory, another for giving, a third for the website, a spreadsheet for events, and a group text for everyone else. The data never lines up, the bills add up, and the person who actually holds it together ends up buried in busywork.
We started OrgFire to replace the patchwork with one connected system, where your people, your giving, and your calendar finally speak to each other.

Why every feature
A small parish is not a small mission.
Most platforms lock the tools that help you grow behind the price only large parishes can pay. We think that is backwards. A small parish needs giving, events, and outreach just as much as a big one, often more, because that is how it grows. You should never be priced out of the very tools that would help you thrive.
So every parish gets every feature, included. You pay for the number of people you manage, never for the features themselves. And when a tool is new to you, the app shows you how to put it to work within your budget and at your pace. The goal is to help you grow into them, not to sell them back to you one at a time.
Where we are starting
Catholic first. On purpose.
We chose to start with the Catholic Church because a parish is many things at once: a school, a CYO league, a charity, and one node in a diocese, and the same family touches all of them. Most software treats that like a mailing list. We are building for the real shape of Catholic life: the family across many organizations, the sacraments, the liturgical calendar, and the diocese above.
The platform underneath is built to serve any community that runs on people, and that is where we are headed next.
